Prof. Dr. Stoyana Natseva is a psychologist, researcher, author, and Full Professor (Profesor Titular B) of Psychology and Education at Universidad Azteca, Mexico. She holds a PhD in Psychology, a D.Sc., a D.Litt., and a DBA, with additional graduate qualifications in psychology and economics. Her research focuses on identity, psychological resilience, behavioral change, human transformation, critical thinking, and the psychological implications of artificial intelligence. She is the founder of Happy Life Academy and the developer of the Internal Autobiographical Map (IAM) and Direct Change Solution (DCS) frameworks. Her academic work examines the mechanisms connectingidentity structures with emotional regulation, decision-making, resilience, and behavioral outcomes. She is an international speaker and author whose educational and professional work has reached participants across more than 50 countries.
